"Raise the top bracket to where it should be. I propose adding a 50 percent tax rate bracket for incomes over $750,000. This will make the income tax a more progressive tax and go a long way toward eliminating the budget deficit."
Does this mean he is for an income tax in TN or simply for changing the tax rate on existing income taxes?
